Extend your wedding celebration by going out the day after!
Picture this….you spend close to one year organizing your wedding day, only for it all to be over in a blur.
Here’s a suggestion to extend the celebration and get greater usage out of your beautiful (and no doubt expensive) wedding attire. Head out the next day either for sunrise or sunset and capture photos in nature.
An extra benefit of heading out the following day is that you’re less worried about what might happen to your dress and the stress of the run up to the wedding has gone. You can be yourselves, breathe, relax and simply be in love.
I adore day-after photoshoots as not only do I get to spend time with the wonderful couple but I am able to round out their gallery (and album) with photos that 99% of wedding couples just will not have,
If you wish to be unique and have photos that will wow all who look at your album, consider asking for a day-after photoshoot.
We’re pretty flexible and so if the following day just doesn’t work out (hello late night from the wedding…!), we can make it within a couple of days of your session.
The wonderful Katie & Paul had a sunset session at Looking Glass Falls, which is about 50 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina.
The ice added a mystical backdrop and the stark rock, with winter light and this gorgeous couple was reminiscent of a Hollywood classic movie.
What a wonderful wedding weekend.
